SELELJO DUO
Erzsébet and Irén Seleljo have been performing together since their childhood. They have appeared at venues such as the National Gallery and the Hungarian Cultural Institute in London, as well as in Vienna, Strasbourg, Zagreb, Uzhhorod, and throughout Hungary, including Budapest and numerous regional cities.
Their concert programmes focus on the original saxophone repertoire and works by Hungarian composers. They also collaborate closely with contemporary composers to create new works written for them. This collaboration led to new compositions by András Gábor Virágh, Balázs Horváth? Vlad Maistorovici and Ákos Nagy. Their primary artistic aim is to present the rich and diverse literature for saxophone and piano.
